Import a CSV from MyDriveTime or another compatible scheduling system, choose your teaching preferences, and instantly see where new lessons, make-up sessions or intensive courses can fit. No manual searching, no spreadsheets, and no internet connection required.
How It Works
DriveTime Analyzer is a scheduling tool built specifically for driving instructors. Rather than manually scanning a busy diary for spare time, the app analyses your lesson schedule and identifies available slots that match the way you teach.
Simply import a CSV export from MyDriveTime or another compatible driving school management system. The app removes past appointments, analyses your remaining schedule, and highlights every opportunity to fit additional lessons.
Configure the app around your working day. Set your preferred lesson duration from 30 minutes to over five hours, add travel buffers between lessons, define your working hours, choose which days you teach, and optionally limit results to morning, afternoon or evening availability.
Search across the next week, the next month or any custom date range. Results are grouped by day and displayed as clear, usable lesson opportunities. Copy individual slots, an entire day's availability or the complete results list to share with students by text message or email.
Everything runs locally on your iPhone or iPad. No accounts, no cloud storage and no internet connection are required. Student information never leaves your device.
