Swopi

Swopi is a matching platform designed to help UK learner drivers find someone who wants to exchange practical driving test appointments.

If your booked test date or centre no longer suits you, simply add your current booking to My Swops and browse the Swop Pool to find learners looking for a similar exchange. Search by test centre, preferred date range or day of the week, then send a swap request offering your own appointment in return.

Incoming and outgoing requests are managed in one place, making it easy to keep track of potential swaps. Once both learners agree, Swopi connects you and provides clear guidance on completing the exchange through the official DVSA telephone process.

To help avoid problems, Swopi includes built-in checks for key DVSA rules, including booking change limits, minimum notice periods and centre restrictions. Where appropriate, the app warns you if a proposed swap may not be possible.

Successful swaps are recognised with Swopi Coins, awarded when both learners confirm they completed the official DVSA swap within seven days of matching.

Designed for iPhone and iPad, Swopi also supports push notifications, optional location services for finding nearby test centres, and a complete history of your requests and completed swaps.
